Payments are required at the time of service or as per the booking terms. We use secure payment gateways for processing transactions. Ayur Bliss Spa does not store full credit card details on its servers. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge.
• No-shows may result in loss of payment without refund.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor toward our staff and fellow clients. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service or termination of bookings without a refund.
